Here’s a quick run down of the standard booking terms….
Our usual conditions stipulate that if you cancel less that 3 weeks prior to a workshop, there will be no refunds or transfers. If you cancel with more than 3 weeks notice, 100% of the fee paid can be transferred to another workshop or to a credit voucher for use in the future. Or if a refund is required, a 20% admin fee is applied. There is always the option to find a substitute of gift it to someone else. You can read the standard booking conditions in full here.
These conditions now apply to all cancellations, even those where dates have been rescheduled and here’s a summary of why…
Clarifying how we got to where we are now…
The past 14 months is all a bit of a blur but as you should be aware, we had to reschedule all ArtisOn workshop dates due to take place in 2020 because we were unable to open due to Covid. This has been done is three different phases, as and when the guidance became clear – some dates have confusingly been moved twice!
The need to reschedule has obviously been beyond our control. However, each time we have been forced to postpone, we have emailed everyone affected, informing them of each new date. Each time we offered everyone a window of time (3-4 weeks) where our normal contractual booking terms and conditions would be waived and a 100% refund was offered as an option during that period. We explained on each occasion that if we didn’t hear to the contrary, acceptance of the date would be assumed and normal booking conditions would apply.
To ensure as far as possible that everyone was clear about their rescheduled dates and had them in their diaries for 2021/2022, during the first 2 weeks of April 2021, we emailed everyone again with a full summary of all their rescheduled bookings.
