Join us for a fun-filled puppet-making workshop this Easter holiday! Led by Joe Toogood and Elise Barron, children aged 8-12 will have the chance to design and create their very own puppet pal. Whether it’s a mischievous mouse, a fiery dragon, or a mythical creature they invent on the day, kids will learn exciting puppet-building techniques and creative tips. All materials provided—just bring your imagination and a packed lunch!
Spaces are limited, so book your spot and get ready for a day of hands-on crafting and lots of fun!
All staff have enhanced DBS checks.
What to expect
Expect lots of fun. Meet like minded children and get creative making your very own puppet.
Time at ArtisOn is designed to take you away from it all. We provide the environment, the time and the guidance you need to create. You can expect a warm welcome, skilled and friendly tutors and the chance to meet like-minded people keen to share ideas. You can even leave us to clear up the mess!
We encourage you to arrive 15 mins before the start of the workshop to meet the other participants and familiarise yourself with the space. There will be a mid-morning break for refreshments and a chance to stretch your legs and talk over progress with others. Lunch is usually around 12:45 for about 45 mins – bring your own packed lunch! There will be a further afternoon break.
What you’ll need to bring with you
Bring your lovely selves and wear clothes you don't mind getting messy or bring an apron.
