You do not need to do anything if the new date IS ACCEPTABLE to you. We will assume you are happy for your booking to be transferred unless you inform us otherwise.
We understand things have changed for lots of us over the past 12 months and we have everything crossed that you are able to make the rescheduled dates and feel you want to come. We hope we’ve created an environment you’ll WANT to visit and can relax in because it feels secure.
The need to reschedule is beyond our control. However, each time we have been forced to reschedule a batch of dates, we have offered a window of time where our normal contractual booking terms and conditions are waived and a 100% refund is available if preferred. When a new date has been offered via email, we have explained that acceptance of the date is assumed after the refund deadline and after that we revert to our normal Ts&Cs.
So, what are you options if you cannot make a workshop that’s bee rescheduled to 2022?
IF THE RESCHEDULED DATE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE:
While you consider this, we just wanted to let you know that the work involved in getting 250 events, nearly 100 tutors and 1,400 people moved in three epic rescheduling marathons has been exhausting. The bank charges on all your booking fees have already be paid; the time taken working out and organising refunds, transfers and maintaining a financial paper-trail is huge, and certainly not something our systems were designed to do on this scale. So, the past year has been tough, and a 100% refund now, means it was 100% of completely wasted effort. We feel it is fair to offer a 100% refund for a limited period – some people’s circumstances may mean it is the only option. But if you can, please give it some thought. As a “Not for Profit” Community Interest Company, with little in the way of a financial buffer, going for one of the other options outlined below, not only helps us now, but also gives us a much better chance of surviving in the longer term.
Of course, we will certainly not quibble if you choose a refund, we’d just really appreciate it if your decision could be a considered one. Note the offer is only available if you let us know by 31 March too. Normal commercial and contractual arrangements are there to protect everyone and these will be back in place after 31 March.

Transfer your booking to any other workshop with places that you fancy this Autumn. Just email to let us know.
Transfer your booking to someone else who could benefit and give it as a gift – just email with their contact details.
Convert 100% of the booking value to a credit voucher code that we will provide. Vouchers are valid to book anything within the next 2 years, with new dates for 2022 online in the Autumn and further dates next Spring.
Request a 100% refund by 31 March 2021. If we do not hear from you by this date, acceptance of the changed date will be assumed, and we will revert to our normal booking terms and conditions where a 20% admin fee is applied to all refunds – see booking conditions in full here.
Obviously, no refunds can be made if this any booking were made using a free Reward or if there is still a balance owed.
