We’re excited to be revealing our lineup of creative workshops for 2025. We have over 200 sessions from more than 70 fantastic tutors including a few new faces and plenty new art forms and crafts for you to try.
To help make sure as many of you who want to can get on an ArtisOn course next year we have pulled together answers to some of the most frequently asked questions and top tips below.
Top Tips:
- If you have one or two courses that you really, really want to attend, we recommend adding them to your basket and immediately proceeding to checkout. Placing workshops in your basket does not reserve them. Once payment is complete, you can return to the site and try to book other workshops – knowing that you have secured a place on your favourites.
- Don’t panic! Sometimes when our site is particularly busy, it takes a while to send through booking confirmations. If you have received a payment notification from stripe or paypal, then your booking has been successful.
- If you know you are going to use Paypal then log into your account before bookings open to save time. Alternatively if using stripe, have your card to hand. You have 5 minutes between clicking the “Make booking ” button at the bottom of check out and completing your payment.
When does booking open?
You will be able to book our 2025 workshops through the website from 10am on Sunday 20th October. Between now and then you can preview the full line-up of workshops that will be available. There are also a few places still remaining on some of our final workshops of 2024, so there’s still some options if you want to get creative before Christmas.
I have a gift voucher, how do I use this when booking?
Simply add any workshops you want to attend to your booking basket as normal and before you click the ‘proceed to checkout’ option, be sure to enter your voucher code (this isn’t case-sensitive) on the Basket page in the box labelled ‘Enter your gift voucher or discount code’ and click on the ‘Apply Discount’ button. As long as the code you use is still valid you will see the discount applied to your booking total before you proceed to checkout.
Can I book multiple courses at once?
Yes you can. After adding a first workshop to your basket you can continue to browse other events and add any other dates of interest. Once you’re done, you can review your basket, remove anything you don’t want, then continue to pay for them all together.
Can I book more than one place on an individual workshop?
Yes, you can book for yourself and up to two additional participants at the same time. Simply select the number of spaces you want when booking and fill out yours and the additional attendee names so we know who is coming. As the primary booker you will receive both an initial booking confirmation and workshop reminder emails, which you may wish to forward on to the other attendees.
What if I want to book a specific workshop as a gift?
If you know the workshop you want to give as a gift, simply book online in the normal way, setting your recipient as the Attendee Name but using your email address if you want it to be a surprise. You can then download our gift template which can be edited to show the person’s name, workshop and dates etc so you have something to give them on their special day.
Can children participate in workshops?
Most workshops are aimed at a more mature audience and the minimum age would be 16 years old. We do welcome children over 14 by arrangement but all young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is enrolled on the same workshop.
What if the workshop I want to attend is already fully booked?
Our most popular workshops often sell out fast, but we do get cancellations throughout the year. The best way to be in with a chance of grabbing any places that become available is to add your name to the waiting list by clicking on the ‘Register Interest’ button that appears on any fully-booked workshop pages and filling out the registration of interest form.
Doing this also helps us to see how much additional interest there is in a particular workshop and if we get sufficient numbers we may even be able to arrange an extra date.
